How to remove your information from PublicRecords360.com?
There are 2 options to complete the opt out request:
- Fill in the form to submit your opt out request online: http://www.publicrecords360.com/optout.html .
- Fax your opt out request to 425-974-6194. Don’t forget to include the information you are opting out as listed on publicrecords360.com (Full name, DOB, current address).
You must include acceptable identification in your request to help verify your identity.
- Driver’s License
- U.S. Passport
- U.S. Military ID Card
- State Identification Card
- Employee Identification Card from a state Agency
Allow 7-14 days to process your request.
PublicRecords360.com will only process opt out requests received by online submission, fax, or mail and no request will be processed without complete information (i.e., name, address and date of birth). Requests for opt out will not be processed over the phone or via email.
