THE MANUAL OPT OUT OF NEIGHBOR.REPORT
If automatic removal is not an option and you would rather submit your request directly, here’s how to do things the manual way:
Step 1: Access Neighbor.Report. Enter your address in the search bar and click on the suggestion once it appears.
Step 2: Check all the information provided in the record to make sure this is the correct one. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, find the ‘Opt Out/Report a Violation’ link, and follow it.
Step 3: Fill out the removal form: enter your name, a valid email address, and your residential address. The record URL should already be auto-filled. If it’s not, go one step back and copy it. Then choose the reason behind your request (you can select several), solve the CAPTCHA, and click the ‘Next step’ button.
Step 4: Click the ‘Remove’ button next to the information you’d like to have erased from the record, then click ‘Apply’.
Neighbor Report has received your request and removed your data from its website.
Please note that you may get the ‘There is nothing to delete’ notice after step 3. In this case, enter the details you want to have removed in the form and click ‘Submit’.
