However, People-wizard is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by FCRA, so it can’t be used for job screening, tenant screening, educational qualification evaluation, and similar purposes.
How to remove personal records from People-wizard.com?
Step 1: Access People-wizard’s opt-out page, find the ‘Here’ link, and follow it.
Step 2: Enter your first name, last name, and city, and select your state. Then click the ‘Search Now’ button.
Step 3: Find your profile among the search results and click the ‘That’s Me’ button.
Step 4: Submit your email address.
Step 5: At this point, People-wizard.com will ask you to verify your identity. You can upload the image of your ID, fax a copy of it, or mail the copy. Select the option that works best for you and click ‘Next’.
Step 6: Go to your inbox, open an email from PeopleWhiz, and follow the opt-out link.
Your opt-out request is now confirmed. People-wizard.com takes up to 3 weeks to complete the removal upon receiving your ID verification.
